Most of our orders require a 50% deposit or 100% materials payment and 50% of the labor down at the time of contract. It helps to ensure security of your build and products you're in need of to lock in pricing with such a fluctuating market we live in today. 

Please be specific with the building you're looking for, type of build, or a reference to the desired project. This way we can help guide you to picking what works best for you.

On average we schedule our orders to give you an exact turn around build timeframe. If you need a rush delivery we can have it sped up upon request. Depending on our schedule there is a possibility to move it forward with a rush build fee.

Shipping prices vary on order weight and size, there is shipping discounts or free shipping available in some cases. We strive to keep shipping costs down for our customers.

We do all we can to fulfill our customers needs. If there is a defect to any materials, we will need visual proof in order to fix or replace. If it's something that was the manufacturers fault or damaged during installation we will determine a solution that makes the most sense. At the time we complete a job, it's imperative to let us know if there was any defects. We will be fair and considerate, we treat all customers with respect. Refunds or discounts will be determined after it's approved by one of our specialists. An assessment fee is charged if it is modified by the customer after purchase delivery or built. If you would like additional structure modifications we are always gladly willing to offer our services on location customization.

Call to see if we can get what you're looking for is in stock. If it is, you can lock in the price and delivery. If an item is on back order and you have already paid for it, you can either wait for it's arrival or we can gladly replace it with a similar item. We can also refund your purchase of that particular item during the ordering process or after you find a replacement. Such as a garage door or custom interior finishings that may end up selling out. Whatever the material is, we can come up with a solution one way or another!
